    Favorite Post Workout Cardio.

I'm on a long cut and have come to the conclusion that probably adding cardio is the best way to keep making progress with weight loss. I am doing an intermediate upper lower routine and am generally wiped out after the lifts. I was wondering what cardio do you guys do on your cuts.

If you are doing a long cut your goal should be weight loss and not neccessarily heavy lifting. Why not do barbell complexes and KB swings?

I will look into complexes. I really am trying to raise calorie expenditure a significant amount and am happy with my current weight training program. Its hard for me to get into the mindset of stop lifting heavy. I have struggled with weight my entire life and lifting heavy has been the one thing that seems to have made a sustained progress (meaning over a year) towards being fit and athletic. Something, I never was with any other type of activity I have actively done (i.e. martial arts, dance, pure cardio).

I'd do KB swings or do it at a completely different time
