need yur help about an advice i received.

    Hello Guys,

So i'm new to training ! i started in last july i gained weight and some muscle (started about 63 kilos and reached 75 and now 74 because i'm want to get shredded). i'm trying to lose some fats and increase the muscle. i go 4 times a week to the gym i'm serious about changing my body and being in a good shape (never skipped a day). So my question is that i have a friend of mine that he's working out (on & off) for almost 5 years. he told that i should take a week off from going to the gym and rest and this will help my body to manifest more muscle and maybe it will help the muscle to pop more.

So i need your help guys is that true ?

    Thank you

Go back to the program section, look for the fixed articles at the top (called "stickies") there is one there, probably last of the stickies called Fierce5

Start it and run it exactly as written, it will take care of how much to workout, how much to rest, what weights, all of that...

    Enjoy

Edit: here's a link if that helps https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=159678631
Faith in Jesus first and faith in squats second.
Then other details will start to slot themselves into place.
Busy working towards an invisible 6 pack
