    Best Times to Take Creatine/Protein?

    Hey all,

    I just started working out about a week ago and am ready to start taking protein and creatine again. I am currently doing this All Pro full body novice workout.

    I know this question probably gets asked a lot, but I what are the best times to take each supplement?

    Creatine is 3-5g daily and timing is irrelevant.

    Protein is just powdered protein, take it when you need to hit your protein macros. It’s no different than a chicken breast.
