    Alright I'll give this a go. For the past 2 years I've been lacking in progress a bit. I've been yo yo dieting so I'm trying to not fall into the same trap this time. I bulked up to about 10 pounds heavier compared to my last bulk and have been cutting for a month or so in prep for a Vegas trip coming up in 3 weeks. At that point I will likely be at a similar weight as my past cuts so I'm going to continue beyond that. I am at 2200 calories right now with 180p and 70f minimums. Not going to lie it's getting harder as I progress since I like eating so far I'm doing ok. I do intermittent fasting even though I know it's better to space out my protein throughout the day. It helps me hit my macros and just makes my life easier. I'm currently using hydroxycut and while it does help me with appetite control it sometimes makes me feel like garbage so I'm probably not going to finish the bottle. It would be cool to try something new that hopefully doesn't make me feel as crappy.
    But Mr.Coach Kline...he's a finely tuned athletic machine!!
