1st!!!!
Have to update this as I’ve been wanting to remove some extra fluff..... this might be just what pushes me to get it done!
My plan will be to eat at around a 500-700 Caloric deficit daily (not counting cheat days) which will basically leave me with a diet of brown/white rice, grilled chicken, oatmeal, broc**** and protein drinks to fill in needed nutrition.
I will want to cut carbs, and as much I hate to say it... I'll have to do cardio 1st......... then light weights...... which I abhor
As far as how am I going to stick to it.... I have a tendency to see things through fine on my own, but I can definitely use this time to allow my joints/ligaments to do some healing, so there's always a silver lining.Last edited by Iluvmud; 02-11-2019 at 08:19 AM.

uuu this is nice. inn
Aight here's the plan boyos.
Since im doing Keto/Carnivore diet most of the time for past almost a year this one should be easy for me.
I usually aim for 2-3 grams of Protein per LBS and for carbs i usually stick to any leafy veggies in unlimited amount.
I will (and i am) avoid all grains, pasta, sugars, diet sodas which i usually do so thats not a big issue for me.
Kcal wise im going for around 2.5k Kcal a day, being on mostly meat diet (pork, lamb, chicken (dark meat), beef) it's easier to keep weight under control.
Im also adding 30 minutes cardio before every workout so that is my "buffer' zone where im controlling I my calories. I'd rather run longer then eat less to be honest.
Im also firm believer that intermittent fasting works wonders and i've been following 16/8 eating schedule for almost 3 years now.
all that combined together lets me eat the food that i like and to keep same weight through the year, but as we now summer shreds are coming so we need to get them asap and up the ante a bit.
Stay safe boyosLast edited by Budjola; 02-11-2019 at 08:59 AM.

I was very fortunate to win the last amazing bluestar promo so only in here for support but that product looks amazing!
I'm sure it will help a lot of people with their upcoming cut for the summer.
Good luck everyone!
Personally for me, i've cut out soda and juices completely. As well as candy, chocolate and other sugary treats except on a cheat day once a week to keep my sanity but even then it's in moderation.
I'm currently aiming to go 500 calories below deficit every day in terms of calorie intake total.
But i walk an extra 30 minutes on the treadmill on the highest incline decent speed pace after each work out which burns an additional 300 calories.
I also try to get at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and i take 2 protein shakes a day to make sure i meet get them, which does add calories but that's what the treadmill cardio is for.
My plan for sticking to it is simply discipline. I'm determined to be ripped for the first time this summer and having a lifting partner with the same goals definitely helps keep me on track as well.
Looking forward to see the diet plans of other people. Let's hear some good ideas.Last edited by backinthegymbro; 02-11-2019 at 06:51 AM.

right now im running a 40/40/20 p/c/f split aiming for 3500 cals a day.
when starting to cut im gonna decrease cals from 3500->3000->2500->2000 over the course of 2 weeks. Stick with the protein at 220g, go for fats in the 100g range and fill the remaining cals with carbs.Keep mod discussions out of your sig line

5 eggs and 1 scoop isopure every morning. Snack 1 is three big spoon fulls of Ingles brand pb. Lunch usually a couple of cheap steak flanks from local meat market and some broc**** which I love. Maybe a little melted cheese. Snack 2 is two scoops whey. Next meal is something light. Maybe some boiled eggs and a salad. Last meal is some kind of fish and some tasty sauteed veggies. These main meals can be switched around according to work schedule.
Not hard to stick to something I enjoy and do anyway

In on this.
My diet will be a macros based approach at 170g Protein, 160g Carbs and 55g Fat. I have had huge success with these numbers in the past and have slimmed out very generously while adding solid numbers on all my lifts, so I'm going to stick with what works for me. My lady friend is going back to her home country for a month starting this week, so I'm ready to use this alone time to get things cleaned up and dialed in.
Current weight is 198lbs and plan to keep cutting until I hit 180lbs, so this will be a marathon approach, not a sprint.
My training is Oly lifting based (Catalyst Athletics 12-Week OTM Cycle) and I try to throw 2-3 CrossFit/HIIT workouts in per week to supplement that. In the gym 5-6 days/week.
Never won a promo/not pending a review/over 200 posts/etc etc =)

Good luck everyone, interested to see your reviews. Unfortunately this contains Yohimbine which doesn't seem to agree with my system.

Sample Diet Plan
Super easy! See below for my sample meal plan. As far as my reductions are concerned, I will be gradually reducing my COMPLEX CARBS from week to week if necessary. I plan on sticking to my meal plan because my meal plan (diet) is super easy, simple and cheap. Feeding a family of five can be expensive, but with this plan I am able to eat pretty much what the family eats (without the seasonings). Also, after 12 years of being married, I finally was able to get my wife to start going to the gym-thus I now have an accountability partner who eats the same meal plan, just in smaller portions. Lastly, I have a physical training assessment coming up, and I want to pass with a 90%+!
Macros
Protein – 175g
Carbs (Training Days) – 135g
Carbs (Non-Training Days) – 94g

Very nice, didn't realize you offered a Y-HCi free. I am in. I would be more than happy to give you guys a honest review of the product. I am lower carb, but maintain 190-192lbs. So I would be interested to see how this effects my static eating habits. And thank you in advance if you select me, and please feel free to contact me for any further questions.

All this diet talk...
I finished a cut for my trip to Maui and now that I've been back (and snowed in since Seattle doesn't plow...) I've been eating probably the worst kind of diet possible. Mac and Cheese wasn't enough, so I diced up boneless buffalo wings and threw them in and had a hot dog for a pre-dinner snack type bad. Girl Scout Cookies for dessert...
I gotta get my life together lol
