    The 1.5 gr of protein per lb of weight is unbelievable chit

    So if I weigh 275 I should be eating at least 412gr of protein? Is this serious?
    How am supposed to lose weigh and get in shape if I be eating all this amount of protein!

    This is bs ain’t going to eat 400gr of protein

    I was at GNC and the dude told me I should eat 1.5 gr of protein per lb.. I also have seen it online where some people trying to eat 2.0 per lb.

    Holly chit that’s crazy and wasting money 💰 not even healthy. I will be sick of I eat all that amount of protein my body won’t take it

    Yeah I ended up leaving not buying anything.

    Man I’m serious, I see people on YouTube who do water fasting for weeks then they end up in good looking shape I mean by that they have muscle definition.

    Most of the protein brah are jacked and don’t even have solid 6packs

    Water fasting is stupid. You will lose muscle for the sake of (often temporarily) achieving a small amount of definition. What you saw was probably someone who was reasonably lean already. If someone without much muscle or with a lot of fat to lose tries it, they'll end up looking skinny fat.

    If you are looking for advice, don't take things to extremes. Middle of the road approaches work best. Sensible protein levels in other words.

    I’m literally tired of all that protein industries who try to just take money out of u. This guy at GNC was literally trying to convince me that protein powder is better than food. That chit doesn’t even taset good.

    If you were very thin and needed to add weight that might not be too much, but .7 -1.0 g per lb of LBM is sufficient enough.

    I sympathise but the stuff is still useful. Just buy the cheapest brand of whey that has a tolerable taste (keep an eye on the label which should tell you how much protein you're getting per 100g)

    I was told by a doctor that used to body build I need around 158 grams a day if I'm natural and around 237 if I'm unnatural...

    6 foot, 229 pounds, and 25% body fat

    I do not think you need 400+ even if you were unnatural

    You'd learn more reading research regarding protein intake, MPS, etc from those who are knowledgeable on the subject such as Jorn Trommelen, Stu Phillips etc than someone who's goal is to tell you BS to get you to buy their products
