PPLx2 program, 20 min cardio daily
Weigh out every calorie on food scale eat on average 1800 calories a day. Sometimes more sometimes less. Always 200g+ protein.
Maintaining strength way better than expected, might even be recomping. Set 20lb deadlift PR yesterday.
