    Been a few years....creatine still taken by most?

    I've been living abroad and mostly moving around, so I haven't taken any supplements other than whey, nor have I researched any. I started lifting regularly again now that I settled in Vietnam for a bit. I just finished my first tub of whey and need to get more. I was debating adding creatine to my stack, but can't find much recent research on it. I know it was very popular back in the day but always controversial due to the side effects. I could never tell whether it helped me, but I was 190 lbs and out of shape when I took it 4 years ago.

    How many of you recommend supplementing with creatine for amateur 3x week lifters who just want to get a better looking body? I'm currently 5'11" and only 160 lbs so I plan to bulk. I'm a mix between a mesomorph and ectomorph so it's never been easy for me to build massive muscles.
