    Is it possible to gain weight without eating meat?

    Hello, is it possible to gain weight by training, drinking smoothies and eating alot of salad everyday, without eating meat and other things.

    for example smoothie with over 2000 calories and alot of salad.

    i'm not really fan of food and of meat so i want to know is it possible to gain weight like that.

    I don't know how hard its work as cop, but i also guess that you dont know how its hard to clean in hotel 12 hours on day fromm 8:00 to 20:00 you have only 30 minutes pause, all bones hurts but ok.

    Your body will get use to the work, because that's what your body does. If it's not you need to reevaluate your diet and sleep patterns. You should be able to recover fine. There's guys out there working just as long or longer with more physically demanding jobs.
    Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
