Haskins broke records bc he had a massive usage rate. It doesn’t take rocket science to figure that out. He didn’t make any incredible throws lol. He hit wide open guys and screens. They credited him for that penn state comeback as if the entire game wasn’t made up of YAC yards. Any big QB with his usage rate would break records. He has a 4% career drop rate lmao, that's 31st among current WRs with 300+ career targets. Please try again. Just last year alone Julio drop rate 5.2% Michael Thomas 2.0%.
