Hello. I am starting to incorporate deadlifts again and some form of squats into my routine. have been doing nsuns 4 day lp for since about June of 2018. I went on a deadlifting and squat hiatus for a while. Honestly was doing pretty much bro type **** and calisthenics the last 6 months because work has been getting in the way of working out, very stressed, just been very tired-started a small business.
My strength has gone down but I feel like my overall physique has stayed the same more or less. I have gotten stronger on my pullups. Idk what my bench squat deadlift max's are, honestly don't really care not trying to chase big numbers just want general strength and a good looking physique while staying injury free. cant get hurt due to work.
Bench is probably around 205 for 3-5 reps, (trap bar) deadlift around 340 for 3 reps, squat idk, overhead press 115 for 6-8 reps. Want to make sure my form is okay. Brutal honesty is welcome, have at it. My weight is still around 172ish, 5'9. Been having to force feed myself lately to stay at maintenance weight.
