Hello friends!
I recently stumbled across the 'Complete Greens' supplement from Bulk Powders which has pretty bold claims of exceeding your 5 a day.
As someone who really doesn't like veg much and has mostly relied on multivitamins for their micro intake, this supplement has me intrigued, however I am pretty skeptical regarding its claims.
So I wanted to ask if anyone has any experience with this or similar supplements. Is it worth it? Is it just a gimmick? Should I just stick to multivitamins? Or should I just start acting like an adult and eat my veggies?

Some people like greens supplements, so people like multis. Both are helpful for supplementing your diet if micronutrient intake is a concern.
