The bump stock executive order was one designed by the NRA and Trump simply followed their recommendation on the issue. He had not made any decision in that respect until the NRA presented it to him.

The NRA has been good at defending 'certain' 2A rights but has shown it could care less about things like bump stocks which none of its old fogey chairmen use.

Legal immigration has nothing to do with the political shift. It's all about our education system, and MSM pushing socialism. America's population boomed from 1860-1960 due to legal immigration, things were fine. It wasn't until the 60's where big government polices really took over, that things changed. Just look at Europe which is lily White.

It has everything to do with the political shift, plus, we all never control those institutions. So we better have a very limited sensible immigration policy or else we end up with 90% of districts going to the marxists that have even slightly above avg of immigrants living in them based on the national avg.
