Best way to improve bicep size is by going to the gym consistently, training biceps twice a week.
I recommend barbel curls, seated incline curls, isolation curls and (weighted) chin ups.
But it's important to also train your triceps for overall arm size, and of course the rest of your body.
As for supplements, whey protein powder is great to meet your daily protein macros.
Creatine also helps.
But none of them can replace a healthy diet. If you want to grow, i suggest doing a lean bulk eating around 500 calories over your daily needs.
