If one believes in climate change, and has the financial means, is morally obligated to Convert as much of their consumption to renewable sources.

A functional and adequate solar/wind hybrid grid tied system can be had for less than $40,000 in most of the US, with some areas substantially less.

A plug in hybrid or plug in car can be had for less than $30,000 new, and as cheap as $5,000 used all day long.

Many consumer goods made with petroleum can be found for nominally more $s using renewable materials.

Remove your lawn and plant climate appropriate plants or fill with rocks.


Until this is done, I don't want to hear about a shell game to shuffle money around.
