Unhappy Should I take a break from working out if I get headaches?

Over the past 2 weeks, any time I do any heavy compound lift, except bench, I get a strong dull pain in the back of my head even in warm ups ( 95lbs!!! On squat warmups!!!) I could manage the pain until today when it really hit me hard. I think it’s an exertion headache. I took ibuprofen before everything and it helped but it didn’t today. Do you think I should take a break from lifting? For how long? And should I still keep my bulk calories the same if I’m not lifting? I did cardio instead of lifting today because I don’t want to damage my brain. P.s. I also take creatine and idk if it might be the cause. Should I go off it and see what happens?

Are you sure you are properly hydrated and taking enough carbs?

I would look at hydration first, and that you're eating enough. If it's not these things, maybe a seeing a doctor would be the safest thing to do.
