Has anyone here used any sort of Microbiome testing to see what foods you should or shouldn’t be eating? I’ve had it recommended to me and wanted to look into it. If you have used it, what program/company did you use? I’ve heard that it can be beneficial for people who struggle with the last bit of fat loss and improving performance, I’d like to see if that’s valid

Those services do exist but it's expensive and they're really just starting to understand the workings of it. They like to make much stronger claims than the limited data warrants. It's also been shown that your microbiome will just change depending on what you eat.
So instead of spending your money on some questionable service I suggest you do something else: eat what you like to eat and see how it affects you. For example: if you always feel bloated after eating bread don't eat bread. If you feel great while eating a lot of fruit keep doing that.Recommended science based fitness & nutrition information:
