How many weeks out does this look ?

    Hi team,

I am wanting to compete in BBing again. Took 5 years off to focus on powerlifting and strongman.

Judging by these pics, would 12 weeks out be too little of time ? I have my doubts.. Might need more than 12 weeks.. I want to have shredded glutes, like fully showing and I am prepared to diet as long as it takes

I weigh just shy of 154lbs (no filters and no favorable lighting etc)

    Cheers guys

12 weeks seems long enough. What did you weigh when you competed before?

I cut at 1 lb per week, which is pretty typical. If you did this you would come in around 142; I don't think you would want to come in too much lighter than that.
The powerlifter visions a certain weight he would like to lift, he uses his body to achieve it and he gets big as a side effect.
The bodybuilder visions a certain physique he would like to acquire, he uses weights to achieve it and he gets stronger as a side effect.

    Thanks for the reply.

I competed at 136ish and 142ish. Fluctuate big time when refeed etc. But I haven't stepped on stage or cut for that matter in 5 years so not sure what I'll weigh

I have to agree, if you stay on track, 12 weeks should be plenty.
