    Arrow Best workout routine for natty bb

    Hello,

    So most of these recommended workouts are like 3 compound movements 5x5, but I want to look for a good workout routine that's a bit more body building oriented (more isolation exercises, more volume ect...) but that's effective for natural lifters. Any program that you can recommend in that style?

    This is a common misconception. Read the mass vs. size sticky thread. If you are a novice, the type of training is the same for both.

    If you don't think you are a novice, let us know your max effort lifts.

    the thing is I don't ever do squats / deadlifts and most of these programs include these two. For good reasons I know but I don't want to train legs as cheesy as it sounds, they are naturally too big for me and I don't enjoy it either.
