Why the f*ck does Luke Jackson have a job? Acuna going beast mode to pull the Braves back even in a game they really need to win and we turn around and put this sh*t bag into the game to give up a single, 2 walks, a balk, and a dual steal.
I don't care that he got out of it without a run scoring (by nothing short of a miracle... he almost mixed in a wild pitch with runners on 2nd and 3rd that D'Arnaud had to bail him out saving). How the f*ck is he on this team period?

God dammit and now we’re going to lose because of this dumbass extra inning rule.
Putting a guy on second is an unfair advantage for the away team to go first imo
Are there any stats out there that see the percentage of away team wins with this dumbass format?"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. I also was keeping an eye on Rodon.
At the same time two good starts doesn’t have me convinced he’s worth owning either.
Congrats on the record night for sure, but even Armando Galaragga basically pitched a perfect game once so it’s still only 1 game at the end of the day.
We’ll see... Rodon off to a great start though no doubt"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. Now the Twins and Simmons have a scenario since his positive test. The Twins were offering covid vaccines last week to the club and we all know Simmons tested positive. He is anti-vaxx and even if he took the shot last week, he still could have tested positive. Now it’s being brought up how MLB should handle types of players like Simmons. To me, it’s pretty damn simple, if you want to take the vaccine, take it, but don’t force me to take it. If you believe in the vaccine, then you shouldn’t have to worry about me. It’s like the people who stayed away from their parents and grandparents all of last year. I did for the first few months, but eventually used my common sense once more and more information came out.

Disagree with this. If your job is to be around people in enclosed spaces for the amount of times these guys spend in the dugout, planes, buses, etc., your employer should be able to make it a requirement that you’re vaccinated. If it’s against your belief, then don’t get vaccinated but you don’t play and have to take a leave of absence.
There’s probably some constitutional argument to be made but that’s my take anyways.Leafs, Raptors, Jays, umad?

Pretty much. Just like businesses can refuse to serve anti-maskers, employers should be able to “fire” anti-vaxxers. I’d be livid if I was one of Simmons’ teammates and got covid from him. Similar to Gobert joking about covid and then potentially giving it to Donovan Mitchell.

Yep, employment is voluntary by both sides. Everyone signs it when you sign a contract.
So your participation is legally voluntary with anything the company decides basically (exaggerated here, but you get the point)
I don’t agree companies should impose that on employees but it is their right, same as it’s my right to leave. You’re not entitled to a job with anyone"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Freeman with a very major league at bat just now. It's only recorded as a walk in the scorebook but that was an All-Star, game saving at bat. Just need to walk it off now
Edit:
Whew! Ballgame... needed that for sure.Last edited by SoutheastBeast1; 04-15-2021 at 12:46 PM.

Other than the opening 4 games for the Nats and also the Twins game this week they've literally all been weather related. Can't be mad about that, that's just normal baseball protocol. Just been bad weather so far.
Jays fans just not used to PPD because they play in that sh*t tier dome they call a stadium and now they've been exposed to the elements of FLA for home games"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Sean Kazmar is playing for the Braves today after 13 years(!) at triple A. I played against Sean in high school and my mom was actually one of his teachers in middle school. Awesome story, dude must just love baseball to grind it out in the minors for so long.
