Pretty sure I had Julio Urias and then he had surgery and got shut down for the year as well lol. And Nick Senzel with his fukking migraines but he's so injury prone I dont really count it. And I'm pretty sure Josiah Gray hurt his should recently too lol.



Nah definitely didn't keep him that long. I'm pretty sure I grabbed him in 2018 around when he got traded to TB and was destroying the ball then got called up. He had fallen off everyone's top prospect list after 2016 because he started hitting like dick until he went to TB. Then he got called up and had too many ABs to keep as a NA so I rolled the dice with him as a keeper and he blew up in 2019. Kelenic is the first prospect I grabbed way early and had to sit on multiple seasons for a call up, usually I was aiming for guys making an impact that year. Have gotten patient in my old age + having more NA slots helps.

I had to look at his fangraphs page to confirm it lol was pretty sure he made a swing change or something and then I added him and he was up shortly after going to tampa. And yeah Tucker started slow but his statcast numbers have been poppin all season, knew he'd get hot like he is now sooner or later. Hard to get me to budge off a young player I like/plan on keeping in my core lol. Especially when it's selling them low when I know they're just getting jobbed by lady luck.

I always get 2 for 1 offrs where I get two underperforming non keepers for a keeper. If I'm giving up a top 3 arm in baseball (before the mlb started giving out no-no's as souvenirs with the new ball), I better be getting at least a clear keeper in return.
