Nothing to see here folks, just two guys trying to take credit for starting the worst fantasy baseball strategy.

All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

There’s a difference between giving you sh*t for which player you keep vs the type of player you keep.
I’ve been way wrong on a number of players abilities. That’s long been well documented.
I definitely ended up being wrong on Betances, he established himself well beyond the fluke I believed him to be back then.
Unlike you, I won’t ignore straight facts when I’m proven wrong. The true sign of rustled is blatantly denying obvious facts. Only one of us has done this in here today."One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. I made it a thing for you back in 2015 after I paved the way to keeping 2 RPs in 2014.
It’s like when the protege surpasses the coach. The passing of the torch if you will.
Like I said I didn’t even realize it until our talk earlier today and then it just struck me the impact I had on you. I never knew. I’m genuinely proud of you, the same a coach would be to see his players succeed off of his teachings
I am Coach K, you are my Bobby Hurley, my Grant Hill, my Jason Williams, my JJ Redick, my Zion Williamson"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. I may not be a great player, rather I am a visionary. Saalty has helped me see where my talents truly lie
Some are great coaches; some are great players.

Funny that everyone remembers me begging for RP's when half the teams in this league were begging for batters and starters. I guess when your team has one weakness (saves) the attention is inevitable. Like I said, you do you. If y'all think you'll be better off keeping your closers, so be it. But expect to be laughed at when it doesn't work out.

8 non-playoff teams and their top 3 SP's last season:
14. Spaz: Yu Darvish, Stephen Strasburg, CC Sabathia
13. LG: Julio Teheran, Sean Newcomb, Tyler Anderson
12. Mel: Jose Berrios, Derek Holland, James Paxton
11. Nodice: David Price, Chris Sale, Jake Arrieta
10. Bacon: Mike Foltynewicz, Miles Mikolas, Derek Rodriguez
9. Speed: Jon Lester, Masahiro Tanaka, Kyle Hendricks
8. Iceman: Chris Archer, Zack Greinke, Jose Quintana
7. Bateman: Jon Gray, Jameson Taillon, Jack Flaherty
What's the common theme here? Anybody? All of the above staffs are goddamn trash. If you're not going to invest in a solid staff, you're probably going to have a difficult time winning. It blows my fkn mind that 3 top 10 aces are available for picks yet a majority of the teams in this league are choosing to keep RPs. Year after year the chit teams all have one fkn common denominator - chit staffs...yet the same mistakes are made.
Most successful A-league talents: Saalty, Pro, Chill, Steezy, Krazy, JY. These six guys have literally made the playoffs every year for the last 3-4 years. Common denominator? They all have solid staffs. Y'all rag on me for hating on closers but the facts speak for themselves. Keeping closers puts you at an extreme disadvantage, and seeing people who haven't had success in the past digging themselves into even bigger holes just makes me go:
Cliffs: I'm literally giving this league the blueprint to be successful. Follow this, and you will put yourself in a better position to win.Last edited by Jyeatbvg; 02-12-2019 at 08:48 AM.
