I'll be honest, I'm not watching next year. The constant disappointment and losing is one thing but to completely give Braves fans the finger like this is absolutely on another level and this just tips the scale so I'm done.
I'll ride out this year and hope they give me a championship since I've followed the team all this season but this organization can f*ck off next year if you're just going to completely remove the tomahawk and surely the chop in general to follow all because bitch ass Helsley cried it was insensitive.
No one stopped to notice he had no problem speaking out against it in the minors or during the regular season when he was here in Atlanta? Now that it's the postseason and it's louder and distracting this is a problem and insensitive to him though? Very convenient.

Well hard to show up and want to play baseball when your entire teams identity got stripped from you moments before the game. In b4 they're professionals this shouldn't matter. Yeah ok... keep thinking that. They're expecting the crowd to be backing them and hearing the chop going loud and instead learn their f*cking front office is more concerned about catering to the opposing relievers feelings than putting together a great environment to best support your team (which is bs we all know he wasnt even really offended)

I turned it off. I'm done with them. Even if they realize this was a mistake and try to bring it back next season, not good enough. The fact you would pull it in Game 5 like this says all I really need to know to walk away from this team for good.

I live in KC and you'll here the tomahawk chop all day at every Chiefs game, every concert, every public gathering in the city. Nobody gives a ****. Weird that only the Braves seem to catch any flack for it. Pretty sure Florida State does it too.
