Hi, I am 23, I started working out, Jan 3 (again) wasn’t really working out till last year. I am 230lbs I’ve been going at this now for 5 weeks today! My official goal is to get into the 15% body fat place and then after I’ll go to six pack world. I am worried because in this 5 weeks I haven’t really lost weight at all but my body’s made obvious changes. I am doing HIIT cardio 4 times a week with 10 min HIIT jump roping and abs. And doing each body part twice a week lifting heavy (6-8reps) of a heavier weight for myself (aka my bench now is 165lbs 6 Times) (just as an idea) I’m trying to get a rough estimate how long do you guys think it will take for me to get down to the 15% I don’t know what I am right now, the machine for body fat in the gym I feel doesn’t work that well I’ll attach pics I would say I’m 22-23% right now but can stand corrected if you guys see something diff. How much longer (already 5 weeks in) you think it will take for 15% body fat.
Also on the diet front I’m eating every day: (once a week one cheat meal)
After hiit training :
6 eggs - 5egg whites one full egg
0% fat yogurt (18g protein)
Banana
Apple.
1chicken breast.
Then I go work out , then after,
Protein shake (40g p)
Pear
Then wait a lil and eat
Another chicken breast
An orange.
Then wait again then eat another chicken breast.
Then finally eat a mini flame broiler bowl of beef and broc**** and carrots no rice.
