Hey.
Since posting on here before I de died to go once to the gym and started benchpressing. On my first go I lifted around 12kg or so. I havent gone to the gym since then but I want to find a good estimate of how good this is. None of the websites I found went down to 40kg guys so I dont know what's meant to be normal.
What do you think?
