A few friends and I built an iOS app, called Goldilocks (getgoldilocks.com), to help track and improve digital wellbeing, and gain motivation to get stronger!
We've found ourselves constantly distracted by our phones, and wished we could invest that wasted time into physical wellness instead. So, we created something fun to do just that, and thought we'd share it here in case it can help anyone. With the app, you can:
1. Track the number of times you pick up your iPhone per day.
2. Invite and share stats with friends for encouragement, accountability (and/or competition!)
3. Track the number of push-ups you do -- "cancel out" each distractions with some exercise
