elbow sorness from pullups, rested a month, now a pin pain top of elbow still lingeri
Hi all,
So I started doing pull ups half a year ago, couple of months in started to gt elbow like tendinitis, golfers elbow?
It got sore so a backed off, then came back it happened again, backed off again.
Now I've backed off got a month, and all the pain is gone, BUT, on my left elbow, when I'm lifting grocery bag or anything mildly heavy, I feel like a small pin like pain on the top of my eldow.
My question is, when the hell is this little pin prick going away so I can start working my biceps again.
I miss my pull ups and curls, I even drop dumbbell rows, cause my elbow would be effected from that.
machine rows effect it mildly, and I can curl light weight high reps, so it's not total ****ed.
But I just want this to heal and I've been off everything for a month and it's gotten better, but that like pin pain is still lingering.
How much longer you think this is going to last? or is there something I need to go and get looked at? or just give it more time?

EDIT: I just now reached for my mustache, that very light pin prick on the top of the elbow happened.
