You should definitely look to get as many of the vitamins from foods as possible, however a good multi vitamin is good at "supplementing" any deficiencies. You should look at getting one that is more suited to you as some of the brand name have different quantities of different vitamins, try work out which is suited to you and your own diet. But in saying this, most of the ones you can find at bb.com store will cover most of your deficencies.
Just trying to help people out however I can :)

When starting a training regimen, it's important to ensure that you are getting all the necessary vitamins and nutrients to support your body's needs. Here are some vitamins and supplements that can be helpful:
Vitamin D: This is essential for strong bones and muscles. It also helps with immunity and can reduce inflammation. You can get Vitamin D from sunlight, but it can also be helpful to take a supplement, especially if you don't get enough sunlight or live in a place with long winters.
B-Complex Vitamins: These vitamins help convert food into energy and support the nervous system. They can also help reduce stress and improve mood. Options 4, 5, and 6 in the list above all contain B-complex vitamins.
Vitamin C: This vitamin is a powerful antioxidant that can help with immune function and reduce inflammation. Emergen-C Immune+ contains Vitamin C, as well as other nutrients that can support immune function.
Omega-3 Fatty Acids: These are important for heart health and can also help with inflammation. You can get Omega-3s from fatty fish, such as salmon, or from supplements.
Protein: This is important for muscle repair and growth. If you're not getting enough protein from your diet, you may want to consider adding a protein supplement, such as whey protein powder.
It's important to remember that supplements should be taken in addition to a healthy diet, not as a replacement for it. Before starting any new supplement regimen, it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional to ensure that it's safe for you and won't interact with any medications you may be taking.
