I know FLEX has been perma-ban from here so some of you might not know how hard this Mofo is training.
Now I will be the first to admit FLEX and I don't really see eye to eye from some dumb sh!t we had some time ago but I still give props where props is due and the man at 50 posted a 605lbs squat on FB the other day and made it look easy!
So props to the man for keeping it 100 with his training!

Not a damn bit shy about getting full depth either...very impressive Mr. Flex! Does anyone know if he has to grab the bar that wide because of injury or is it just because of the width of that man's shoulders? I would imagine he's dangerous in a china shop...

I really do admire his perseverance and determination. A couple of hours before that squat he said he didn't feel like going to the gym. And I'm not sure that he had even recovered from deadlifts two days earlier.
I stayed home and did Sunday meal prep. He called me a slacker.
