I'm really starting to dig the Landmine press for front delts and upper pecs
There are many variations of the Landmine so you have to focus on the target muscles with good MMC.
I use the version seen here from 1:35 to 2:40
Another nice explanation of it
I find it hard to get into position with a lot of weight on the bar so I use this as a drop set or superset movement. I'll do heavy incline DB presses for 5-7 reps then go straight to the Landmine for another 8-10 to burn out.
And being from Maine, I'd finish my workout with a scoop of dat der Canadian Maple for the gainz eh
EDIT: And you don't need one of those brackets as seen in the first vid. Just stick the end of the bar in a corner of the wall or the corner of any piece of gym equipment.Last edited by smokinal; 02-03-2019 at 06:22 AM.

Just started really utilizing this one. Form can be tricky but once I got it, it was like I was working my pecs for the first time.....

Close grip pullups. Dorian Yates swore by them to help build wider lats. Ive thrown them in as another pull up variation (im doing 4 variations a week) to help build wider lats. Featured below is me doing them this past weekend:

Last minute entry.
I recently got a place that has a huge backyard. I'm currently building a power rack and a pullup and dip station outside. BUT BUT something I have never done before and i'm really liking is farm walk.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fkzk_RqlYig
Started with me cutting down a tree and dragging it outside. Than trying to look like a badass carrying 2x4 and 4x4 to the back with one in each hand to impress the women next door.. And now I do it in the backyard on leg days to warm up.Army Veteran, OEF.
