Hey y'all. i'm a couple days into my 3rd week of using the EC stack twice a day (25mg/200mg at noon, and at 4pm) As I don't wake up early enough to use it at 8am cause I work evenings, and don't want to take it that late.
The appetite suppressant part of it has been great, unfortunately haven't really noticed any Stim affects from it whatsoever which was disappointing, but it's whatever as that wasn't the main reason i was trying it.
So far i'm down 9lbs (maybe 5-6lbs of actual weight i'm guessing).
But i've been reading conflicting info about how long to run this for.
Some people say indefinitely (or until you hit your goals) as the thermogenic affect increases the longer you're on it?
some people say to do no more than 4 weeks, some say 6, some say 8 etc...
Any thoughts on this, and is there any credence to being on it for 8 weeks straight, or longer? (especially since i'm doing 2x a day instead of 3x). As I haven't had any adverse side effects whatsoever so far.
A little background before y'all ask, Currently i'm at 211lbs (down from 220) and was at about 25% BF at 220. I've been in good shape before, and just got lazy the last couple of years cause of work/depression/life and finally got off my ass to fix it lol.
any thoughts on this would be great. Thanks!

EC stack questions (length of time)
PR's: S/B/D 365/225/420 at 170lbs.
Push press: 225lbs.
Clean and Jerk: 255lbs
Snatch: 185lbs
