Pump you say, I finally tested the theory of having carbs preworkout and without using anything else I had some decent pumps. Stayed for a while too so I was impressed. I’m curious as to how long these pumps reside with your product.

He’s had like 6374758483.25 surgeries on his back, he’s in constant pain (he’s used to it but lots of grunts and groans) his back is pretty much fused so he basically uses crutches and when he walks w/o them it’s not for long and hard to describe the walk, very stiff.... like walking with both legs asleep....
But he’s still lifting.....Salty.......... like Extra salty.......

yeah the movie about Ronnie was sad man. Made me just love him so much more. He’s a legend. Always will be in my eyes. The amount of mass he carried was unbelievable. And then his funny outgoing attitude and high pitch voice just made him fun to watch and listen to
The 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity

Guy was a great guy, still is and seems he always will be. I met him a long time ago(used to work with one of his training partners) at Metroflex (never worked out there, just went up to see him) dude was cool as could be, much cooler than his partner lol. The part that had me cracking up in that video was Levrone and Martinez doing their impersonations of Ronnie..... friggin had me cracking upSalty.......... like Extra salty.......

I literally cried when they ask, 1 out of 10 how much pain you in? And he said he hurts more when he with fans and shows. I met him and he stood up, struggling to shake my hand and take a picture. Struggled to sit back down. I was so excited when I met him that i didnt even realize it. But after i watched that bothered me so much that I cried.

Lol not sure if srs but i'm pretty sure lou would chase after you demanding money or for you to delete that selfie.
I read stories of that happening. A true shame of treating your fans like that when you already have millions of dollars.
