Road to 475 lb Front Squat
I am at 207 lb right now. I am gonna add a pound a week until I reach my goal

Yeah I know its going to take 4 years. But I rather try to add 50-60 lbs a year then toaim for 110 lb and get hurt. The most I ever Front Squat was 290ish but then I went. Semi-vegan for a while and lost ALOT of strength.
