I'm hoping for some guidance. I started at 255lbs and I'm down just under or at 200lbs. I'm 6ft tall 29 yrs old. So I got into a good groove of maintaining a strict calorie deficit, fasting in the am, zero carbs, and lifting weights and shredding fat. The pounds were flying off because I was probably maintaining like an 800 Cal deficit. Eventually it all came crashing down for me and I couldn't starve myself anymore. Lately I've been eating breakfast because fasting is bull ****. Just started eating carbs again because I don't feel quite right without them. I am maintaining my weight well (maybe gained 5 lbs back, was at 193) it's flu season and I have a 4yr old daughter so colds make the gym hard.
So my question here is what should I do next. I see it going one of three ways.
Continue trying to lose fat, maybe cut down to 180-185
Try to build muscle. A little afraid of this because I don't want to immediately start putting fat back on to gain muscle.
