    Meal Plan?

    Age: 19
    Gender: M
    Weight:160
    Height: 5"8
    Arm Size: 13.5
    Stomach Size: 34
I was wondering if anyone had tips or suggestions on meal plans and or workouts to hit my goals. I am aiming for 15 inch biceps and looking to also cut down my stomach size a bit. Right now I have been thinking of being Rice, Brocolli, and Chicken for a meal, Peanut Butter Sandwiches, and Greek Yogurt. Right now I want my biceps to get bigger in size but I also want them to be more cut Also, I am also taking Creatine and Isolate Protein. (Should I change my protein? When Should I take the Creatine?)

    Hey

Just learn the basics of macronutriments management. You can find this pretty easily all over the internet.

Just remember when you make changes to your lifestyle that people tend to go extreme than end up quiting at some point in the not so distant future. Eat healthier but find balance.
