Your greatest measurement of success if your trailer. You spam about it on the regular. HUUUUUUUGE.
Look man, its great you bought a trailer/property. That is great. Good job, its a great way to start life. Being a homeowner/property owner is fantastic. But spamming about being a trailer owner/"$35k" property owner is not that impressive, so the 10th thread about it is going to get people laughing at you.

and?
most miscers are just haters. There are miscers on here who owe everything they have to estranged family inheritances. There are other miscers who had safety nets so large it would take a monumental blunder for them to fail.
Theres more than one way to skin a cat. I admire someone like ashin more than someone like testifier or pineapplebrah. Ashins path to success is extremely achievable for most. He didn't catch a lucky break or get handout after handout. He grinded it out. He has a commendable hobby too that he enjoys that is a very close knit community.
Everyone thinks im trolling, and yeah Ashin is a little forward with his finances, but at least hes transparent. Much more tolerable than someone stat frauding. Ashin will at least tell you how he got to where he is.No signature

because you are a miscer i'd sauce you a like
hope you get a killer deal srs
so far this year you seem to bring up the topic more than me srs
how do my nuts smell from inside your head? I wasn't even trying to elude to that.
Yep, I don't bull chit, if you track my posts and put my story together you will be very disappointed to have wasted time looking for flaws or inconsistencies.
for those unaware, I have decided to turn a new leaf for 2019 in terms of my posting koala tea, and want to encourage more miscers to live prosperously.
At this point, I have no need to keep posting proof of finances(unless it was the purpose of education like explaining to someone how dividends work and chit).

for someone who is almost 40, its a bit shocking you manage to hold a grudge like a immature girl.
i'd tell you to ignore me, but hey maybe one day you'll catch me slip and you can prove to everyone i am a fraud.

I didn’t give AF if people thought I was bragging or if it was crass when I shared my announcement holding a sign that read “achievement unlocked : purchase a home”.
All the labor hours I put in working to obtain what I wanted & all the time I spent looking. (44 houses to be exact). I wasn’t given even a rusted spoon growing up & to be able to have this pretty thing all in my name with no help of anyone.. Ya damn right I’m going to share a big moment with the people I know.
You always learn who your real friends are in changes like these. The salty people always show themselves when something good happens for you.
Example: A good girlfriend of mine for (3 years) who I moved in to live with me for 10 months for free - literally never asked once about the houses I looked at or how I was progressing. She knew once the sale was finalized it meant she now had to pay for her own place & move. I couldn’t let her cat tear up new furniture I was about to purchase since it already tore up what I had. So I told her I wasn’t bringing her with. She hasn’t touched base with me since she moved out.
True friends & genuine people who may have different financial goals or outlooks would want to see that you’re doing well & want to see you happy even if it doesn’t benefit them.R 1 35

IF:
"Home owners" means you actually bought the house and paid it in full.... congrats that takes serious cake and dedication.
IF:
"Home owners" means you put 30% or less down, are locked into a 30 year mortgage.... the LOL @ you bragging about being someone else's investment vehicle.
The big thing here is context. Anyone can drop 30-50 grand on a down payment and sign a mortgage, thats cuck-tier chit..... the really impressive folks who should brag are those who actually OWN the house in full. You need fiscal savvy to pull move like that today and if you can do that, you deserve to brag and get some street cred.Outdoors brah is a purely fictitious persona. >Anyone can drop 50 grand down on a down payment
>65% of Americans have 0 savings
Also, yeah let me wait until I've acquired 200k in savings and have spent the whole time renting my apartment to appease some forum elitist. Maybe people are just excited to be starting the next chapter of their lives? Maybe people want to share with friends and family that they are planting roots and building a home up for the first time in their life. Maybe just MAYBE.. they aren't trying to impress a miscer for street cred. Outdoors bruh, I guess you're named that because you're homeless. No doubt saving up to buy a house cash. That'll show em.

Hey, Bros and now looks like some gals,
Buying a home is something to celebrate. I'm buying my third home in my life and it is actually a lot of work but WAY easier than back in the day. Before the internet, smart phones, etc I couldn't imagine buying a home. All the documents they want all the time (for those who have legitimately bought a home, you will know what I'm talking about) can drive someone nuts.
So anyone who can afford it, saved up money etc and has the PATIENCE..wow. Congrats, bros and what appears to be a few females (Muzziechick, Red, and Michelle- nice to see all three of you still around ) that can hang in the Misc."Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength."- Arnold Schwarzenegger
