    605 lbs Deadlift Advice

    Hi everyone,

This is my first time posting, so please be merciful. I am 6 ft and roughly 190 lbs and enjoy lifting heavy as well as some bodybuilding movements. I will try to post some pictures of me flexing without a pump (I don't practice posing), as well as a 605 lbs deadlift attempt which I missed at lockout. Before the attempt I weighed 188.2 lbs. Let me know your thoughts on my technique and such. I am 21 years old, drug free, and have been lifting really seriously for roughly 2 years now. Also, I have squatted 405 lbs for a triple with good technique and benched 255 lbs for a triple with the first rep paused. Let me know your thoughts!

You need a video of your deadlift to analyze your technique
