    New guy, with same problems as everyone

    Hello,

    I’m Vitaly, and I’ve been having trouble dropping more weight. Journey began in August 2018 I weighed in at 243 pounds at 23 years old and said eff that. Bought a gym pass and have been hitting the gym 4-6times a week. Started eating healthy and what not. Dropped 35 pounds!!

    I know this is an intro thead only but I stopped loosing it. I have been at 207 for a month now no matter what I do!

    Is there something I’m doing wrong?

    Need more info. What are your macros and calories looking like?

    You need to up your cardio pure and simple. Also you need to make sure you're in a calorie deficit everyday.

    Shoot not sure on macros, calories around 1500 a day!

    If you truly are at 1500 per day you would be losing weight. I suspect you are underestimating your intake
