Been properly ”bulking” for about 6 months now, started at 60 kg and now i weigh 67 kgs, in June i’m going to greece and i consider bulking until April and do a 8~ish week cut for the trip. No crazy cut and i’ll probably still gain some muscle(?) and after that i plan on going back to a surplus for the rest of the year.
