cut or bulk new to gym (kinda) 6"1 75kg (165 lbs) 22% body fat
hi, i currently weigh 75kg (165lbs) with 22% body fat and am 6"1 i would also class myself as "skinny fat" i previously went to the gym and kinda know what i am doing but didnt eat correctly so had no results. i am just simply aiming to just look good and see results for the summer (6 pack ect ect) and prepared to diet and stick with it, looking to work out 3-4 times a week. please give me your advice and reasons,
