    Preworkout replacement

    I usually take cardio cuts preworkout but since i get home late from work and go to the gym after i dont be getting sleepy ril 1-2am and i have to be up by 6am. Is there some supplement i can take in place of preworkout to get a pump.

    Hmm,
    You could rely on food & a solid playlist to get you through the workout to avoid insomnia.

    Could just use a non-stim with nitrates and as koweanguy mentioned some good music. Don't wanna be taking much in the way of stims that close to bed even if you do manage to sleep it can disrupt your sleep.

    "Pump pres" that are aimed at helping with bump, but without stimulants or with a (usually very) small dose of stims, are a thing.

    ...OR...since you get home “late” just adjust your schedule to go to bed 1 or 2 hours earlier, and get up 1 or 2 hours earlier and hit the gym in the morning...and use whatever pre-workout (or not) you like.

    Just saying.

    Might be a little rough the first week, but the body is a wonderfully adaptable thing.

    That IFN hemavol actually looks pretty good for a non-stim pre. Great value for money looking at prices per serving.
