I was given the opportunity to log a bottle of C4 Ripped Capsules. I will be using this for a month to see if it helps me cut some weight.
It has been a while since I have actually logged a product, so bare with me in the beginning.
Currents stats.
Age :33
Height: 5'11"
Weight 225
My ultimate goal in the long run is 185 lbs. This was when I was at my fittest.
For the month, I hope to get at least 10 lbs down. Anything extra is a big bonus!
I will be following a low carb diet throughout the month. I plan on training at least 4 times a week, 5 if I am lucky.
I have a home gym which I will take a picture and show everyone what setup I am working with. Nothing too fancy but it gets the job done.
Throughout the log, I will cover some of the main ingredients in this product and explain why it is in the product.
Day 1 update will be later on this evening after my training session.

Day 1
Day 1 is in the books.
doseage : took 2 pills at lunch of the 4.
Reason why I started off with half the dose is because in the past I have not had good reactions with fat burners full dose. That is why I started slow just to make sure I was ok. I did not have any GI issues which is usually a problem.
effects: It took about 20 min and I started to feel the energy kicking in with some tingles. Energy was nice and smooth. Did not have any jittery feeling so that is also a plus.
Now for my training session.
I have recently received some weights from my father-in-law that he use to use all the time. Also bought me a bench set so I have everything at home besides dumbbells. Never really have the time to get to the gym after work so I decided do have a home gym. The weights are def old and not pretty, but hey it works! They are Weider International weights so they are not the normal 45 lbs, 25 lbs, and such (will attach pics). So when reading my workouts the numbers seem weird, that’s why. Also have my own cardio machine.. so here we go.....
Flat bench
133 x 12 WM
199 x 10
199 x 8
199 x 8
Decline BP
177 x 10
177 x 10
177 x 10
Close Grip Bench
133 x 11
133 x 11
133 x 10
Skull Crushers
67 x 10
67 x 10
67 x 10
Did 20 min of cardio afterwards
I try to do different excercises for each workout so they won’t alsways look the same. So since I did not do incline bench today, I will do it next chest day.
Back and Bicep tomorrow!

Day 2 and 3
Hope everyone had a great weekend! I stayed pretty busy and was also able to get in my training Sat and Sunday morning.
I took a full serving of the ripped (4 capsules) both days. Took about 10 min and I felt the tingles in the face and started to get a little hot. This only lasted about 10-15 min then it went away. I got a decent amount of energy from this and it lasted for a good couple hours with no GI issues.

Day 4 and 5
Monday was a good day. I took the c4 ripped at lunch and it gave me that extra push to get through the rest of the day. I did not train, used it as a rest day.
Tuesday I forgot my pills at home! Was not too happy about that and man I could tell a difference. I was struggling to get through the day. I also donate Plasma on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s after work so that is an automatic rest day. I will get back to training tomorrow. So far as of this morning I am down 3 lbs."Only the Strong survive"

Day 9
A little over a week down with the ripped capsules and I am 5 lbs down. I am really liking the energy this is giving me throughout the afternoon. I am not getting any crashing from this.
One of the best things I am liking about this is the appetite serpressent from the Capsimax! Before starting this I was often hungry throughout the day between meals and have to snack on something, now I am not very hungry between meals. I will update throughout the week."Only the Strong survive"

5 lbs down so far is no joke. Glad to see everything is going good for you.
I donated plasma for a few months and it really interfered with my work out schedule.**********************

Thanks guys! Yea times are rough this way, that is the only reason I am doing it. But I am happy with the progress I have made so far!
It really sucks when it messes with my workout schedule. And my work messes with my schedule (have to work late 2 days out of the week) and those two days are never the same..... That is one thing that has hindered my progress in the past. I am doing my best to get back to where I need to be, and it def. helps I was able to get a hold of the weights for the home!"Only the Strong survive"

Apologize for the lateness of my post!
Been VERY busy past week and under the weather this past weekend. I am feeling a little better now and getting back at it.
I am still really liking the C4 Ripped, and still feel that it is helping me throughout the week (energy/focus/appetite suppressant). I am also liking the fact that ever single dose of the C4 Ripped feels the same as the last. Most of the time my body gets use to the same thing over and over and end up not feeling the effects of the product.
I have been focusing on more cardio then weight training the past week (mostly due to time restraints) and have lost another 1 lb so a total of 6 lbs down so far. I will be training today and see how the rest of the week treats me."Only the Strong survive"

Past week I still have been doing mainly cardio instead of weights due to some time restraints and such. I am taking the c4 about an hour after lunch to help with my energy for the rest of the day and it has been working great.
The appetite suppressant I feel is one of the top 2 things I love about this product. Most of the time I will need an afternoon snack but not with this. I am almost done with the bottle, maybe a weeks worth left. Will update again soon."Only the Strong survive"

Overall Opinion
My overall opinion on this product is a 8/10.
Appetite Suppressant: 9.5/10
I feel this aspect is towards the top of the list of things I like about this product. I take this in the early afternoon and I am never getting hungry when I used to.
There had been many times before where I just had to grab a snack before my workday was over because I was getting hungry. With this I am good until dinner time.
Energy: 8.5/10
This did not give me the crazy cracked out energy (which I am glad it didn't). It sometimes kicked in within 30 min, other times it took about an hour. That is one thing that I did not like in a way (when it would start to kick in). Always left me on edge wondering when it was going to hit me, because you will def. know when it starts up.
Body 8/10
I was able to drop about 6 lbs while on this. I feel that is pretty good. I do think that the lack of snacking helped with this some. I had no adverse stomach reaction with this (stomach is sensitive as it is so I am happy it did not mess it up).
Overall not a bad product to try if you are curious."Only the Strong survive"
