I been seeing a lot of posts on a group page I'm on in ********, everyone is talking about the creatine drink Bing. Has anyone heard bad things about using it? I'm thinking about getting some to replace coffee, but I was also wondering if this drink has enough creatine in it to replace using creatine from the powder. This also brings up the question about loading phase. Should you only drink it for a few days or can you load with the powder creatine, and drink the drink through the regular cycle?
