When I was a kid I refused to use any type of public bathroom for #2 cause they were disgusting and I wasn't gonna put my bare azz on those nasty piss tinted seats. I went to a basketball camp that lasted for a week and I held it the entire time. I ate tons of food and ran up and down the court for hours every day. On the way home we stopped at Wendy's and I got a triple quarter pounder and smashed it. When I finally got home it was like Revelations in that bathroom.

I fluctuate between 198 and 220 probably over the last two or three years. But I exercise year round.
In my 30s I was 257lbs and wore size 44 to 46 jeans.
I haven't worn bigger than 36 in 9 years. Most of the year I wear 34.
I gain a little during the season. This season was particularly brutal I got carpal tunnel and my hands were numb because my forearms got too tight.
So I took most of Sept to Nov off from gym.
During that time I'd go in 2 times a week and only do 3 sets bench and 3 sets pec dec. Or 3 sets lat pull down and three sets rows
1 to 2 push and 1 to 2 pull days a week till the feeling in my hands came back.

Not gonna lie, I was in a rut like you. I got on every single site out there and filled my head with all the internet had to offer...Intermittent fasting, keto, paleo, etc. You name it and I was balls deep in whatever I could do to make it happen. In the end I gassed out because I over complicated the process and here I am now, starting with a simple plan of calories in/calories out. So far the scale is tilting in my favor so I am happy for that. More power to you, hope you can find out what works for you and get where you need to be with your body image.

why does it matter? is your goal to be 15% but still look fat? or is your goal to get rid of your belly? actually bf% doesn't matter, its about how you look.
Also you seem too obsessed with this, weighing yourself multiple times a day, stressing over calories and keep asking for advice(and ignoring it all).
you look at least 25%, my avi is closer to 18% than you are

Even though you're attention whoring big time around here, I'll give you some solid advice.
1. First, you're fat. Maybe not obese, but by any sort of "bodybuilding" or fitness standard you are overweight. Not chubby, not at the peak weight of a bulk, but plain old fat. Accept it and do something about it, or don't.
2. Your estimates of your BF % are ludicrously off. You're 25% plus, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was pushing 30%. You can't even see 18% from where you are without a telescope.
3. How you look in the mirror is what matters. Getting calipered is the least accurate method of measurement, highly variable, and isn't going to be useful to you for any kind of "tracking". It's nowhere near repeatable enough. Might as well just use the mirror.
Now, all that might have come across as mean, I dunno. But you asked. Put the cookies down and get in the gym if you really intend to make progress. Stop worrying about dialing in an accurate number until you're much leaner. Until that time, your metrics for success should be calories in, calories out, tracking progressive overload of weight / reps in the gym, number of active minutes per week, etc.☠ By reading this post, you have agreed to my negative reputation terms of service.

Thanks I invite you to follow my cut progress log here

And my only caveat is I have been dunked and pinched by the same person in the same lab in the same session. It came out to about .7% discrepancy.
As fat as I am right now I don't want to pay the extra money to get dunked in the tank.
So because it will be the same exact person doing the pinching every single time it is close enough for me along with the mirror.
It makes me feel better (confidence wise) versus a scale.
Yes I know I'm fat AF from a bodybuilder standard. My ultimate goal would be Ryan Reynolds in Deadpool.
That's it or maybe Chris Pratt in GoG.
That's it. That would be the ultimate achievement for me.

Idk man. Good luck. I am around 15% constantly and my abs still show around 18. I train them directly though. May just be my frame, idk, once I saw and kept definition, I stopped caring about bf%. I’m not competing.
I suppose it was cool to know, but not worth obsessing over and I always thought I was lower than what I wasProof Angels exist: OzleyASMR

RTP crew.
I do agree though. I went from 240 to thin. Got attention just not being fat. Now I’m in better muscular shape and the amount of attention is negligeable. Chicks do love it though, but it certainly doesn’t seal any deals that weren’t already won for me. In the best shape of my life now, but in a relationship. Such a waste.
