I do everything correctly. I track my macros and lift heavily and consistently for many months now almost a year and I see nooooo results? My lifts are increasing a lot but I see nothing aesthetically different. Any tips please? I use PPL split and I go heavy. I do cardio twice a week and abs 3 times a week. Currently doing a lean bulk but I’m losing motivation fastttt. I’m 144 now and fat as hell no muscle and I wanted to be 152ish and muscular by the summer but it seems impossible.

Post your exact routine sets, reps, exercises, progression protocol, etc.
How much weight have you gained in the past year?
What do you squat bench and deadlift? how much have they increased in the past year?Texas Method Log *https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173755621*

I see definite changes from the 1.5 years ago pic to that first pic so don't be too down. Are you pushing yourself when you workout? Switching up exercises? Even as an old man who has spent plenty of decades in the gym I don't feel like I did anything in the gym if I am not sore.
Also, as much as lean bulk is appealing maybe pump up calories a bit. I know gaining fat you need to shed late is unappealing but those extra cals could really help muscle growth and even with the time of fat shedding later consider make the whole process faster.

I do progressive overload for compound lifts such as rows deadlifts squats and benching and barbell curling
Squat is 170 for 4 reps
Bench max is 170 for 1 rep, 45s for reps
Deadlift- 245 for 4-5 reps
Bench I started with 5s on each side, deadlifts I started with 25s on each side and squat I started with 25s on each side
I do progressive overload by doing 6 sets of 4 of workouts until I can EVENTUALLY do 6 sets of 5-6 with it then I up the weight a bit. I’m 16, 5’8 ish and 145 lbs trying to gain 7 pounds of lean body mass by the summer and have gained around 14 lbs in the passed year
