    Great squats. Last couple layoffs it took me about 4-6 weeks to get to 315x10 each time after getting consistent week to week. Hopefully it’ll be the same this time.

    Definitely. I’m happy you got into my log the first day I made it. I agree with you about motivation and information. Logging back in 2013-2014 timeframe for me was invaluable. 2017 to early 2019 was my best lifting but now that I’m back I’d like to lift like that along with logging.

    Also, strong OHP. That’s something I’ve always sucked at and hope to bring up. 140x8 is nice.

    Definitely! Thanks dude. And you’re already back up to a 335x10 Squat. That’s sick. My best 10RM was 340 w/ wraps and 330x8 no wraps. Those were after months of training. I hit a 335 single my first week back before the log but now I’m upping the volume a lot like before so hopefully I get back up there quick too.

    To be fair I used to squat in the 500s I feel like some is muscle memory(lel) and my diet is helping tremendously. If you're squat responds to volume like mine does then you'll be back to your ATH in no time at all.

    Ahh that’s right; but yeah my squat has responded to a variety of methods. Quite different than benching. My squat goes up from anything; Bench I need to be careful to adhere to moderate volume higher intensity.

    I just hit 405 in wraps and 385 no wraps so I’m only 20-25 lbs away from tying PRs in both. This is surprisingly with limited squat volume but again in respond to anything for squatting if I’m eating a lot (still need to cut some tho lol).

    Good to hear from you man. Still lifting? Didn't burn out. Got in trouble with my wife for indulging in questions athletic practices. It's all good though. Grown a ton since then mentally, spiritually and now physically. Looking forward to reaping the benefits of a health lifestyle!

    Yeah I had some health issues for a few years so it was sporadic so say the least.

    But been back on track for a while now and slowly getting back into shape.

    Baby, new business, couple car accidents, concussions, and hormone issues all collided over a few year span lol.
