    Need Reassurance

    Hey guys ill start off saying i know my goal and believe i have a understanding on how to get there but i just want to make sure. Im am 30 years old. 6”1’ and weigh 340lbs. My goal isnt to get skinny or have a super toned body with abs. I want to be bulky. Im fine with 275lbs or more depending on how i look and feel. Now i understand i cant turn fat into muscle so my question is this. To get rid of the flabby arms, the huge gut and man boobs do i cut weight until i reach a certain bf% and then start adding muscle? Or is there a different way that im overlooking? Starting 3 weeks ago i lift weights 6 days a week for 45 min to an hour. Taking as little breaks as possible to keep my heart rate up. I have noticed im getting stronger just in that short amount of time...or my preworkout is working better 🤔 lol. Anyways thanks in advance for your help
