Basically my situation is i'm going back to the gym after 4 months of not going but have been training on and off at kickboxing twice a week I've now decided that at some stage this year I wouldn't mind having a fight as I have an advantage of being taller and longer reach I've been going for a few weeks now and obviously see results but I have been following a workout plan that may be detrimental to my training (long term) I've been also using protein shakes 2x a day as I want to gain weight and trying to eat 3 - 4 meals a day (I get extra school meals & cook at home) I haven't been tracking a lot as I personally feel its not healthy (lost a lot of weight due to body dysmorphia ****) but id love to hear from people who do combat sports and weight training.
