This is not a keto. The protein is too high.

The fat protein ratio need to be approximately 1 gram of protein to 1 gram of fat for it to be keto.

Either you need to mix in more fat or consume another fatty food with your it.

The ratio of protein to fat is irrelevant. You don't even need to consume any fat to get into ketosis: fasting will get you there eventually.

When can a ketogenic diet be unhealthy?

When it increases LDL cholesterol or inflammation for example.

    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/31067015

Or when it several restricts all sorts of foods with potent health benefits.

As you know, that is a "Snap Shot" of information that doesn't provide the whole picture.

The determinate factor of you LDL being good or bad is based on your Particle Size.

Sure, but in the large majority of people LDL is a good proxy for CVD risk.
