Got a nasty groin problem, my glutes get numb and as I lose feeling in my inner hips, all I can feel is a pecking sensation on my penis. It feels like something wants my balls, and it really pinches me, sometimes to pain, it pinched sharply and makes me squirt a little bit. It will just lie there and pinch all day, and I usually begin dripping out my tip at times when I’m sitting, at work, having just urinated, or laying down before bed. I’m planning on doing legs today, I figured some heavy squats would crush the problem but it won’t go away. I know you all wanna crack jokes but it’s a real thing and it’s not funny. I need help with this unwanted presence.

First time reading I couldn't help but laugh...
If this is a legit issue... You may want to go to your PCP... and maybe get tested for STDs as well...
Things should just "leak" nor having a pecking sensation for no reason...
Hate to have that thing fall off...
